| Step 1: | The Patient sits on the special sliding matt which is placed hanging over the bed side, and the pulley cable is attached. The handle is rotated to draw the patient to the centre of the bed. |

| Step: 2 | Once the patient has reached the centre of the bed, the pulley can be detached and using the integral handles on the sliding matt the patient can be rotated to lie down the centre of the bed. |

| Step 3: | Once lying correctly on the bed the sliding matt can be removed from under the patient. |  |
